CSD AGENCY REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
CSD requires that CSD agents provide appropriate reporting of information necessary to meet regulatory and stewardship conditions associated with the products supplied by CSD. Reporting is required on a farm basis.
In 2023, the requirements include the following information, which supports the Grower Agreement.
Farm Report
To alleviate duplication of effort, Bayer will share information placed on it’s MTrack system with CSD. An AUSlot field has been added to the MTrack system and CSD requires the AUSlot number of the variety planted in each grower field. The AUSlot number assists CSD in the stewardship of its cotton seed.
CSD also requires the planting date field to be completed in the MTrack system.
Further, a summary of any agent “buffer stock” and any left over planting seed (by variety/treatment) by farm is required.
The report is to be completed and submitted to CSD by 29 December, 2023.
Replant Report
If a farm has experienced a cotton replanting event, and it is believed that variety or seed quality is a significant factor, CSD requires a report pertaining to the replant event to be submitted by the agent.
This report is not required for every replanting event that occurs, only those where variety and seed quality are in question. There will be an informal audit of these fields with the purpose being to assist with our understanding of such events and to guide extension and education programs CSD can offer.
Reports are to be provided to CSD pro-actively on a location by location basis utilising a standardised “Product Performance Enquiry Protocol” located on the Agency Portal via the CSD website.
PLEASE NOTE that all reports are required to be completed by 29 December 2023.
